Week four of the Heineken-sponsored Dundalk and District Dart League saw a number of Derby matches taking place. First up was the Commercial, where the Commercial Club were host to Commercial Classics.

Ray Harte and Aaron Coyne put the hosts two up before Aidan D'Orey pulled one back for the visitors. John Rafferty won the next to put the hosts 3-1 up and guaranteed at least a draw.

Conor Shevlin and Dean Enright won the last two games for the Classics and a share of the points. In the Punters, it was Punters Athletic hosting The Punters. Damien Smith put the visitors one up before Kevin Hillard won the next for the Athletic.

Bob Morgan won the next to put the visitors 2-1 up, but this was as good as it got for his team, as wins for Graham Gonnelly, Eamonn Rogan and Paddy Lyttle secured a 4-2 win for the hosts.

Also, outside in Blackrock, Uncle Tom's Sparrows hosted Uncle Tom's Cabin. This was a real ding-dong battle with Jonathan Smith putting the visitors one up before Eoghan Carroll levelled things up.

Aaron Duffy put the visitors 2-1 up before the Sparrows looked to take control of the game with wins for Wayne Fry and Sean Briscoe before Hughie Smith won the last game for the visitors and secured the draw for his team.

Meanwhile, in the Northend, the Northend Green were hosts to Callans HBX. Luke Murphy, Simon Wykes and Peter Cherrie all won to put the home team three up.

But Callans HBX showed a lot of grit and determination, and after wins for Gabriel McKenna and Rodney McLoughlin, Kevin Campbell won the deciding game 3-2 for a share of the points for his team.
