Dundalk Garda Station
Gardaí have confirmed that are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a man with serious injuries at a property in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
The man, aged in his 50s, was discovered in a house at Castletown Road at approximately 3:30pm last Tuesday, April 8th.
The man was removed by ambulance and taken to hospital with serious injuries.
He remains in a critical condition in hospital.
"A technical examination was carried out at the scene and investigation ongoing", a garda spokesperson said
