Dundalk Chamber of Commerce held a Winter Gathering for Members in Darver Castle last week which was attended by over 140 people.
The evening focused on celebrating 25 years of the Carville Family at Darver Castle as a valued Chamber member and presented a great opportunity for Chamber members to meet and network with each other. Guests also had the opportunity to try Daver’s signature Whiskey and Pink Gin.
Alongside being a popular wedding destination, Darver Castle is also hosting corporate events.
Speaking at the event, Dundalk Chamber CEO John McGahon said: “Aidan and Mary Carville first took over Darver Castle in 1997 and over 25 years, have grown it into one of Ireland’s premier wedding destinations.
