One of Ireland’s leading photographers Lili Forberg and three “calendar girls” Georgia Salpa, Nadia Forde and Karena Graham are calling on final Louth entries for this year’s TOP amateur photography competition.
Louth was particularly successful last year, claiming two of the winning pictures selected for the TOP Calendar. Louth was represented by Marie Agnew and John McCooey with Marie capturing a dramatic Air and Sea Rescue Services training drill at Carlingford Lough and John creating a beautiful summer scene taken at sunrise.
Lili and TOP are calling on all budding photography enthusiasts in Louth to get snapping and enter the sixth annual TOP Photo Competition. This annual initiative held by TOP, one of Ireland’s leading fuel importers, aims to find 12 winning pictures for the TOP 2012 Calendar. The winning shots will be chosen by Lili and printed in the 2012 calendar, with 40,000 copies being printed and distributed throughout Ireland.
The overall winner and cover shot photo will win a €1000 prize voucher, and runners up will receive a €300 prize voucher but more importantly all 12 photos will feature the 2012 TOP Calendar! Our expectations are higher than ever this year – last years winner has set the bar very high for this years competition.” Quote from Martin Daly, Commercial Manager, TOP.
