Áine Duffy, the singer-songwriter and “horsebox hero,” is bringing her electrifying female-led show “Don’t Touch My Knob” to Dundalk on Friday 20th March, promising a night of music, comedy, and unstoppable energy.

The "Rock n’ Roll St. Brigid" returns to school the armchair experts. Áine Duffy is a singer-songwriter, electric guitar playing belter who builds. After making headlines in The Irish Times, Self Build mag, RTE, and the BBC for constructing her own mortgage-free passive home she then took her innovation to the road. She converted a vintage horsebox into the viral Duffbox mobile stage, followed by the custom-engineered, sustainable Duffbox 2.0. Now, the independent innovator is back with her new single ‘Know It All’ set for release March 13, 2026.

Bitingly funny and unapologetically rocky, the track is a high-voltage reality check for the "couch foremen" and YouTube "engineers" who think they’ve mastered the trade because they’ve binge-watched Grand Designs. Armed with her electric guitar and a power drill, Áine has been described as “like Dave Grohl gate-crashing an Irish protest rally.” That same disruptive spirit fuels the track and her upcoming "Don’t Touch My Knob" EP and Tour—a movement born from Duffy’s viral stance on female visibility and technical independence in the Irish music scene. As the lyrics go:"Don’t be shocked seeing a woman playing electric guitar... for everybody."

With a vocal that can tear down a room and the technical mind to build it back better, Áine Duffy isn't just playing the game; she’s redesigning the stadium. ‘Know It All’ is art with a thumbprint, not a blueprint.

Áine Duffy is taking her female led show “Don’t Touch My Knob” on the road in 2026 with dates in Dundalk, Drogheda, Cork, and Brighton with more to be announced. The “Don’t Touch My Knob” show started with a desire to give female artists a voice and a stage to perform and has grown from its debut event in 2025. Featuring Áine alongside female comedians and DJ’s it is not only a powerful statement of intent but a guaranteed great night out. The Night Time Economy has sponsored the both events in Dundalk and Drogheda meaning all proceeds will be donated to The Women’s Refuge and Aid Shelter.

Recognized as a leading voice in the new wave of Irish innovation, Áine Duffy has been championed by Ed Power in the UK Independent and The Herald, featured alongside trailblazers like CMAT, Dizzee Rascal, and Kneecap. Whether she’s being hailed as a "horsebox hero" or a powerhouse vocalist, Duffy continues to carve out her own stage—literally and figuratively. For ticket info see: spiritstore.ie
