Sean Keane brings storytelling and songs to Dundalk

Sean Keane, a Folk Singer and well known storyteller, traditional singing voice that encapsulates the past, present and future will perform at St. Joseph's Church, Castletown, Dundalk on Friday 23rd January 2026 at 8pm (Doors open 7.30).  

Tickets cost 30 euro Inc booking fee on eventbrite.ie. The proceeds raised go towards the Daughter of Faughart grounds work/facilities maintenance and upgrade initiative.  

Organisers say that: “St. Brigid's Shrine, an ancient site, a rugged landscape of mountains, stones, heather, ferns and running healing waters of long ago creates a place of prayer and quiet contemplation at Faughart. A sacred site that provides peace and solace and a rest to Pilgrim's.  

“The last few years have seen an increased interest in visitors to the Shrine including Tour Groups and International visitors.
