The Parish Pastoral Council meet on Tuesday May 28 at 8.00pm in the Parochial House. The Armagh Diocesan Pilgrimage takes place on May 26 the feast of the Most Holy Trinity.

Club lotto jackpot was €4,600 this week. The rest of senior league games schedule is as follows – St Pats (A), Martins (H), Cooley (A), Dreadnots (H), Sean O’Mahoneys (A), Mattock Rangers (H). The junior side won away to Glyde Rangers 0-12 to 0-9 in a tight game in which Eamonn Kelly’s point levelled with a few minutes left, and was followed by points from Conal McEneany 0-2 and Ciaran Clarke for a deserved win. Next match was at home to Westerns on Tuesday of this week, and next game is away to Stabannon on Friday May 31 at 7.30pm. The U-16 team lost to Mellifont Rovers 4-9 to 1-7 with Tadhg McEneany 0-5, Shane Ruddy 1-0, Adam Shiels and Padraig McGeough 0-1 each. The U-14 team lost to Newtown Blues 5-9 to 3-7 wth Ultan McEneany hitting 1-4, Morgan McCaughey 1-1, Conor Quigley 1-0, Jamie Doherty and Ciaran Lennon 0-1 each. Well done to Tadhg Litchfield on making the County U-14 football development squad. Summer Cul Camps take place in Kilkerley and Knockbridge from July 22 to July 26 and in Roche from July 29 to August 2. In total there will be 23 camps in Louth this year commencing July 1 and end Friday August 16. More coaches are needed and anyone interested in coaching can download an application form the County Website.
