Sean O'Mahony's have appointed clubman Paul McLaughlin as manager.

McLaughlin, father of players Niall, Keith and Ben, replaces Alan Craven who stepped down following the close of the season.

Garry Mulligan and Alan Watters will act as selectors alongside McLaughlin with Armagh-native Cathal O'Rourke continuing to train the team.

Following a run of unprecedented success for the club between 2014-16, where they claimed Intermediate and Senior Championship honours, while also winning the Leinster Intermediate Club Championship, 2017 was a more modest season for the Quay side.

They achieved survival in Division One of the league before relinquishing their championship crown to eventual finalists Dundalk Gaels after an epic replay in Haggardstown.
