A man accused of having drugs for sale or supply in Louth and Meath on two separate occasions, had his case adjourned at Dundalk district court last week after the court heard directions are still awaited from the DPP.

A man accused of having drugs for sale or supply in Louth and Meath on two separate occasions, had his case adjourned at Dundalk district court last week after the court heard directions are still awaited from the DPP.

Sebastian Dawczynski with an address at Aldborough Court, North Strand Road, Dublin 1 is charged with committing the offences at the City North Hotel, Gormanston on the 28th of August last and at Ardee Street, Collon on the 29th of January this year.

He is also accused of the unlawful possession of drugs on both dates.

The court heard it’s alleged that over €e100,000 worth of drugs are involved.

Judge William Hamill put back the case to Ardee district court yesterday (Monday) for the DPP’s directions to be received.
