Reverse cuts
A Monaghan County Councillor says he fears recent cuts to home insulation grants schemes will have a wide-ranging detrimental effect.
Fianna Fail Councillor Robbie Gallagher is calling for the cuts to be reversed.
The grants are available from Sustainable Energy Authority for improvements to external and internal wall insulation as well as attic insulation, and heating control and boiler upgrades.
