For the fourth year in a row, the people of Mid-Louth will take to the road for a 60km fundraising cycle in aid of Ardee Hospice Homecare
Over the past three years €60,000 has been raised for Ardee Hospice Homecare, a worthy cause.
The hospice relies on voluntary sponsorship as they can hold only a few official events during the year.
The people of mid-Louth have always responed generously to fundraisers and the annual Dromin event is one of the most successful.
Unfortunately too many of us have had to call on this dedicated team of volunteers for support.
And so it is not surprising that it get s o much support.
The previous cycles have seen a tremendous turnout with cyclists as young as eight years old and some cyclists 70+ years young!
An after rally BBQ will take place in the Village Saloon in Dromin with excellent food, live music and raffles on the night.
Sponsor cards are available for pick up in the Village Saloon, Dromin.
Cyclists who want to do the cycle can take a sponsor card. donations can be made on the day.
