A FANCY dress party, held during the summer at Ardee’s Railway Bar, raised 4,315 euro for the Ardee and Mid-Louth Hospice.

A FANCY dress party, held during the summer at Ardee’s Railway Bar, raised 4,315 euro for the Ardee and Mid-Louth Hospice.

It was organised by the friends and family of Michael McEneaney whose untimely death at 28 left a big void in their lives.

Organiser Sean Connolly thanked Brendan (Ruby) and Bridie Faulkner and their staff of the Railway Bar; Ferdia Printers, Paul Laney, Super Valu; John O’Brien Spar; Sean and Helen Malone; Paul Darraghof Enda’s.

Also all the shops and businesses who donated prizes; Brian Duff who helped publicised the night and sold so many tickets; DJ Dick who provided a wide and varied range of music.

Also ticket sellers, Patricia Connolly, Lauren Conlon, John Connolly, Aine Reenan, Robert Giggins, Sandra Giggins and Paul Keogh, Micky ‘Elvis’ Higgins.
