Radio documentary about Jinx Lennon to air on LMFM next week

There will be a radio documentary on LMFM about legendary local folk singer, Jinx Lennon on Monday, October 29 at 6pm.

As well as in-depth interviews with Jinx himself, family and friends - there are also some interviews with fans including Pat McCabe, Peter Murphy and Christy Moore. This is the first radio documentary of its kind about a unique and highly respected artist.

Jinx is a punk folk poet, musically very hip-hop influenced, despite performing mostly with an acoustic guitar and “primitive” (according to himself). His lyrics deal, often humorously, with the minutiae of everyday life in an Irish town.
