Cusken Ltd was established in May 1987 and has been up and running for 25 years now with premises in Dundalk and Drogheda.
The company sells and services photocopiers, cash registers, ePos systems, scanning systems, scales, fax machines, colour printers, shredders, binders, projectors, office and school furniture, seating, storage, boardroom and conference furniture/equipment.
When the company first started their Dundalk office was located at Yorke Street, but in 2001 they moved to a purpose built premises, complete with its own car park, modern showroom, service centre and stores on the Castletown road.
Managing Director Paddy McCusker, who divides his time between the two premises in Dundalk and Drogheda, spoke to the Dundalk Democrat to tell us a bit about the company.
“Our main products are network photocopiers, retail machines such as cash registers, scanning systems, office furniture and interactive school equipment.
“We sell furniture for call centres, board rooms, reception areas and recently we set up the National Pen’s new facility at Xerox Park with call centre furniture, consisting of desks, screens and seating for over 400 employees.
Cusken offer a free office design service to utilise and create a productive office environment.
“We also provide schools with interactive equipment such as projectors and interactive white boards. In fact we were one of the first companies in Ireland to provide interactive white boards to the education sector.”
Cusken Ltd are also providers of audio-visual equipment for boardrooms/conference and training facilities, they also provide cash register systems for bars, restaurants, hotels and take-aways.
They also supply scanning systems for convenience stores, off-licences and retail outlets.
The company has been a Toshiba agent for the North-east area for 23 years and stock Toshiba colour photocopiers and network machines.
“We offer a print manage solutions and free company print audits for large users such as solicitors and accountants with an emphasis of achieving a more effective way to move paper around the work environment and with the aim of cutting costs.”
Cusken Ltd has a total of eleven employees and all are dedicated to deliver a fantastic service to suit the customers needs.
