Dundalk lights up!

Waiting for Video...

Dundalk’s second annual Festival of Light and Culture took place on Friday, November 16.

Community groups and businesses came together to create a night of entertainment that emphasises our community spirit and heralds the arrival of the festive shopping season.

Some of the events on the day included the festive parade and light display. This was followed by music (Sinead McNally, Manifesto, Clermont Choral), street theatre, a festive market and range of Fun Fair attractions.

Santa also made his arrival to the Marshes Shopping Centre to the delight of all the children.

Thanks to the organising committee for their diligence and to the sponsors for supporting the seasonal event.
