Dundalk Library is hosting a myriad of interesting and local events in the upcoming months

Louth County Libraries are buzzing with energy and looking forward to a busy few months ahead. There are lots of activities, workshops and events to suit all tastes taking place.

Some of the events in Dundalk Library include:

Gorgy Porgy Tot’s Corner, Parent & Toddler Group, beginning Thur. Sep. 27th @ 11am and every Thur.

Board Games Evening - last Thursday of every month at 6.30pm (27/9/12)

Storytelling for under 8’s - beginning Sat. Sep. 29th @ 3pm & last Sat of every month.

Children’s Bookclub - beginning early Oct.

Adult Knitting Club - beginning Tues. Oct 2nd at 10.30am and 1st Tues. of very month

Kids Movie Morning, beginning Sat. Oct. 13th @ 11am and every Sat.

English Language Classes - beginning Thur. Oct 4th at 6pm and every Thursday for 10 weeks

Grow It Yourself Workshops, 2nd Saturday of very month at 10.30am

Europe Direct Soapbox Competition, Oct 18th @ 6.30pm

Positive Ageing Week runs from Sep. 26-Oct 6th and Dundalk Library will host the following events to coincide with this festival:

Dundalk FM 100 Radio Documentary Making Workshop, Oct 3rd at 11am.

Reflexology, Oct. 5th at 11am

‘Write Your Own Story’ Workshop for Children and Grandparents, Oct. 6th at 11am
