Baby Massage classes are now available in Dundalk and are great to help build bond between baby and parent, to help baby sleep and at relieving colic.

Parents learn from a qualified IAIM instructor how to give a relaxing massage treatment to their baby.

The treatment is only demonstrated by the instructor and carried out by the parent.

Baby massage ia an ancient art.

It is relaxing for the baby and can improve sleep patterns, enhance development and boost immunity.

It can help to relieve pain, eg. colic and constipation.
