Amateur Antics All Star Show for SOSAD

If you’re looking for something to beat the post-Christmas blues the Amateur Antics All Star Show on Saturday, January 26 at the Tain Theatre, is just the ticket.

This show promises to entertain the whole family and guarantees to send you home with a smile on your face. You will also be supporting a great cause as the entire proceeds from the show goes to SOSAD, the organisation helping those dealing with suicide.

With a cast of over 60 featuring stellar performances from Paudie Breen, Alan Doherty and Mary-Alice Larkin (fresh from Snow White pantomime) and with guest performances from MAS-F (Martial Arts School of Fitness) and King’s Church, Clanbrassil Street - it truly is an all-star show.

You can expect the unexpected with capers from Mrs Brown’s Boys, the Muppets and Enda Kenny.

Find out who really shot JR in Dallas and fans of Harry Potter are in for a treat too.

There are timeless songs from Disney, the Sound of Music, Phantom of the Opera, Avenue Q and Chess to name but a few.

Add to that some more comedy sketches, dynamic dance routines and wonderful singers and musicians and you know you’re in for something special.

So if you fancy a bit of Saturday Night Fever on January 26 get yourself down to the Tain Theatre box office without delay as the performance is for one night only.

Tickets are at recession busting prices of 12 euro and 8 euro concession.

Box office opens 10am-12.30pm and 1.30-4pm, Monday-Friday or you can telephone 042 9392919 for credit card bookings.

SOSAD (Save Our Sons And Daughters) is an organisation whose main goals are to raise awareness of suicide in Ireland, break the taboo surrounding suicide and to provide support and direction to those feeling suicidal, to those approached by someone feeling suicidal and for those bereaved by suicide.
