Triumph for Dundalk Photography

Dundalk Photographic Society won the Rosebowl at the Irish Photographic Federation (IPF) National Club Championship recently.

Competing against formidable talent, Dundalk Photographic Society won the day with their exceptional images.

Dundalk has shown its form by winning the competition three years in succession.

The society places importance on the fun aspects of photography and creating great images.

For over 35 years the society has been nurturing photographic flair in its members. And it shows at events like the IPF Club Championship.

Hosted this year in Mullingar, the National Club Championship saw twenty four clubs from all corners of Ireland vie for the top photographic award. With strong competition from seasoned international competitors, Dundalk stood out on top.

The National Club Championship is a competition for camera clubs in Ireland.

Each year the top camera clubs present a panel of ten prints in colour and monochrome categories.

They are judged by international judges who are masters of their respective creative genres.
