Dundalk FM’s annual Radiothon will take place on 16-17 May and all monies raised will go toward supporting the work of North Louth Hospice and Dundalk FM community radio station.
Presenters Paddy Mac and Padraig Quigley will go head to head to see who will last the 24 hour non stop radio presenting.
As well as raising money for a worthy cause it gives the presenters a chance to mix up the schedule and pack a lot of fun into a short space of time.
A great line up of challenges and outside broadcasts await the two popular radio presenters throughout the 24 hours.
Make sure you tune in to join them to see how long it takes for tiredness to catch up with the lively duo.
If you would like to support this great initiative then you can call into the station and pick up one of their sponsorship cards, or just give a donation. You can also take part by being a volunteer on the day.
The Radiothon hopes to raise €2,500 and will split the proceeds between the North Louth Hospice and upgrading their radio station transmission equipment.
