Monaghan mimic, Oliver Callan has announced a show in Boggers Bar, Ardee on Saturday, June 22 as part of his live tour.

Ardee spectators will be treated to the award-winning comedy impressionist’s show who recently performed in the Fairways Hotel in Dundalk

The show follows a hit YouTube video “Just Saying” which parodied just about every nuance of the Dundalk accent and its landmarks.

The creator of Nob Nation is celebrating the launch of his new comedy satire series ‘Callan’s Kicks’ on RTÉ Radio One with a brand new show satirising the hot topics of Irish politics, sports and entertainment.

Featuring new characters Katy Taylor, Rory McIlroy and Sean Quinn, as well as old favourites Taoiseach Enda and President Michael D Higgins; a huge range of issues will get the Callan treatment in the topical and biting live show.

Callan has assembled a team to help create the show, including former newspaper editor Paul Drury, journalists Fiona Looney, Paddy Murray and cartoonists Graham Keyes and Paddy Cullivan from the Late Late Show house band.

Callan’s routines are never far away from controversy, having raised the ire of politicians, sports stars and media celebrities in recent years.

Tickets to Callan’s show in Boggers are 20 euros and the show starts at 9.30pm.
