“We are delighted to have received so many awards over what was a hugely significant weekend for us. “
I personally nominated Peter Rowan for Manager of the Year and I am really pleased to see all his hard work, commitment and talents recognised nationally. Our Merchant Integration Team innovates constantly and it’s fantastic to see their talents recognised with yet another award for this creative team.
“To have won Best Training Programme of the Year recognises the emphasis we place on continuous training and the thorough induction training our new hires receive. It’s a huge honour to have won the lead award, Contact Centre of the Year, and this is a tribute to each and every one of our employees who work day in and day out to make sure that we create experiences our customers love.”
