An application brought by a local woman following the alleged seizure of animals by the Department of Agriculture was adjourned to September 4th.
State solicitor Fergal Mullen asked at Dundalk Court on Thursday that the matter be put back to that date, explaining the applicant Donna Sfar of Oaklawns was pursuing a course of judicial review and was required to attend in Dublin that day.
Ms Sfar appeared at the previous sitting of the court the previous Thursday.
Mr Mullen said that the applicant was seeking a notice served on her be set aside.
He said there was a separate appeal lodged for September 4th and asked the matter be put in on that date.
