DUNDALK musician Jim Corr will be asked to explain in court this week what happened to some e4m held in his various bank accounts six years ago.

The High Court examination of Mr Corr by ACC Bank as part of its efforts to be paid some e778,000 outstanding from a e1.4m judgement is due to resume on Wednesday, July 3.

ACC obtained judgment on consent in February 2011 against Mr Corr and Liam Marks, of The Coach House, Sandymount, Blackrock, Dundalk, Co Louth, over an unpaid loan advanced in 2004.

The loan was used to buy lands at Goresbridge, Co Kilkenny, which were later sold.
