A great time was had by all at the Polish morning on Dundalk Square on Ice held last Saturday.
From 10am until 11.20am Polish Children’s songs played at the Market Square as a mirage of red and white, young and old, Polish and Irish skaters enjoyed a carnival experience in the heart of Dundalk.
A warm welcome was displayed on the ‘big screen’ thanks to ILup Media.
The next wonderful event bringing our communities together will be held this coming Sunday, January 13th at Dundalk Stadium.
‘The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity’ will kick off at 12 noon and promises to be a fun filled family day out.
This is the first time the event will be officially held in Dundalk and admission is free.
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity – it is charity foundation which organizes fundraising to buy medical equipment for hospitals to help sick people, mostly children and improve their health.
Every year the foundation organizes the fundraising events which include music concerts around the whole country and also in some another countries of the world with Polish communities.
During the final day of fundraising for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, you will find volunteers on the streets and elsewhere raising funds with special cans which are marked with its red heart logo.
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is a second biggest charity foundation in Poland and was founded by Jerzy Owsiak.
All are encouraged to come along on the day and give what they can to a worthy cause.
