The cheque was presented to Lisa McGee and Baby Ellen, and will now go towards funding treatment for Baby Ellen Baron Magee who suffers from a life mitochondrial disorder.

The fund also received a boost when they were presented with a cheque for e2,750 from the Táin Bhoys CSC Dundalk.

This was the proceeds raised as a result of a charity football match in Clancy Park followed by a BBQ and raffle in O’Connells Bar.
