Bryan Lynch Finest Salads, based in Ardee, have been announced as one of the finalists at the 2014 National Q Mark Awards.
The company have been nominated in the Best Food Products and Producers in Ireland for Hygiene and Food Safety category.
“The nomination recognises that Bryan Lynch Salads is operating at the highest standard of hygiene and food safety in the country”, said Irene Collins, MD Excellence Ireland Quality Association.
Bryan Lynch Finest Salads was founded in 1995 and today employs a dedicated, locally sourced team of twenty.
The business produces fresh, ready to eat salads and mayonnaises and supplies their produce to SuperValu, Centra and Dunnes Stores outlets across Ireland.
The company also recently extended the capacity of its production facility. Everyone involved in this operation is dedicated to achieving the highest possible standards, a fact demonstrated by the company’s ongoing association with the prestigious Q Mark.
