The entire school community of Gaelscoil Dhún Dealgan and Naíonra Dhún Dealgan was delighted to present Peter Stewart with a cheque for €1000 which he accepted on behalf of the Irish Motor Neurone Association. Rang 6 raised the money recently by hosting a bake sale, at which they also had a face-painting stall, and other attractions.
A huge amount of home-baked goods were sent in by parents and staff, and Coiste na dTuistí (Parents’ Council) were also delighted to support the venture with a donation.
The pupils and teachers would like to thank everyone who donated and baked for their support.
