Gardai in Dundalk are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a 59-year-old woman who has been missing since yesterday morning.

Catherine Crawley from Muirhevnamor was last seen on St Alphonsus Road walking towards the town centre at around 11am.

She is described as being 5’ 4” to 5’ 6” in height, of slim build, with light brown hair in a bob style. Catherine may also have been wearing glasses.

When last seen she was wearing a khaki coloured three-quarter length jacket, brown trousers and white runners.

Gardai say they are concerned for her safety and anyone with information is asked to contact Dundalk Garda Station.
