A great Christmas concert

ONE-hundred and forty-five musicians, all members of Ardee Concert Band, performed to a packed house at their annual Christmas concert. For many the Christmas concert marks the start of their Christmas festivities. There were four different ensembles performing. The concert opened with the senior band who performed three numbers. This was followed by the 52 strong recorder group. This was a conducting debut for Darren and Sarah who are both members of the Senior Band and give freely of their time to pass on the tradition of music in Ardee.
