Dundalk new Tourist Office and website is proving to be a big hit

Dundalk’s Tourist office was officially re-opened at the Market Square recently thanks to a joint collaboration between Louth Local Authorities, Failte Ireland and Dundalk Business Investment District Scheme (BIDS)

Dundalk’s Tourist office was officially re-opened at the Market Square recently thanks to a joint collaboration between Louth Local Authorities, Failte Ireland and Dundalk Business Investment District Scheme (BIDS)

The office was originally based at this Market Square location before being transferred to Jocelyn Street.

The website www.louthholidays.com along with Louth Land of Legends and Full of Life branding was launched at the earlier this year at the Holiday World Show in Dublin by Michael Ring Minister of State for Tourism.

The website has proved a tremendous success and the new tourist office has also proved to be a hit.

The lucky winner of the Louth Holiday Facebook prize is Diane Guildea from Grange Donore in county Meath who a Crowne Plaza voucher.

The prize was presented by Ann Murray, Dundalk Tourist Information Officer, Siobhan McTigue, Crowne Plaza Dundalk, Sarah Healy Fáilte Ireland, Michael McCabe, Business Support Unit, Louth Local Authorities.
