Ardee Fire and Rescue Service staged a very impressive accident and emergency scene in Ardee during the Turfman Festival

Over 100 hundred people watched the fire service, Garda Traffic Corps, and the Order of Malta, attend a two-car crash enactment which showed how the emergency services operate and what can happen when people do not take due care on the roads.

The side of one car was cut to rescue a passenger and roof cut in the other.

Tim O’Callaghan of Ardee Fire and Rescue organised it on behalf of Louth Fire Officer Eamon Woulfe.
