The Final countdown is on for the new Tain Summer Festival, including the historic Tain March, Jedtastic Jedward, Ireland’s FREE Euro 2012 matches on the big screen and much much more

June 10th: Jedward headline Market Square concert
Additional €60 family tickets are now on sale for this the first major open air concert the new look Market Square has seen, with an additional bonus. Each family ticket purchased until June 7th will be entered into a competition to meet Jedward on the day of the concert.
On Sunday June 10th, Dundalk will have its chance to revel in Jedmania!
The concert promoted by Stewart Agnew is a major fixture of the Táin Summer Festival and has been supported by Dundalk Town Council.
Also performing on the day will be X Factor’s Lloyd Daniels, Simon O’Driscoll, Ryan Dolan and also Dundalk’s own Funky Feet as well as Conor C and Nino, Youth Groove and Dance Kids.
Funky Feet are coming fresh from their recant award winning success while this will be a first major gig for Conor C and Nino who have been writing and performing for a number of years now.
They have just recorded their first single called “Summertime” in Probeat Studios, Dundalk which will be released via iTunes on Friday 15th June. They are really looking forward to this huge event. Their motto is “Average Kid chasing an average dream”. Reppin` for the Paddies!
Planet Jedward lands in Dundalk on Sunday June 10th where John and Edward will headline the first major open air concert at Dundalk’s Market Square.
Promoter Stewart Agnew is seeing the Jedmania at first hand.
“Every since we announced the concert, the phone has been ringing off the hook. So many people want to meet them, and we have tried to be as fair as possible offering our only Meet and Greets via competitions.
“We our using our final three Meet and Greet passes for those who buy a €60 family ticket between now and June 7th.”

Tickets for Jedward are available from Ticketmaster, Dundalk Town Hall, Carrolls BookShop, Photospeed, Long Walk SC, Marshes SC and the Jedward Ticket Office on the Market Square at €18.50 each with €60 family tickets also available (each family ticket must include one adult)
The Market Square will be an alcohol free zone for this event and entrance to the Market Square area will be curtailed to ticketholders only.
