Next week, beginning May 6th, the Alzheimer Society of Ireland holds it’s annual fund-raiser appeal with Tea Days being held all over the country.
Senator Mary Moran will hold a Tea-Coffee morning in her constituency office, Williamson’s Mall, Dundalk this Friday 10 May from 10.30-12 for this very worthwhile cause.
“All over Ireland, people whose lives have been touched by Alzheimer’s are counting on the money raised by these Tea Days,” said Mary. “Every cent raised goes to support vital local services for families affected by Alzheimer’s such as Day Care centres, Drop-In centres, Support Groups, Social Clubs, Home Care services and the National Helpline. I was completely bowled over by the generous response of people at last year’s Tea Day in my office.”
