One of the world’s fastest growing group exercise routines, Bokwa is about to take Dundalk by storm.
The leisure centre is one of the first in Ireland to introduce the new fitness craze which has spread throughout the world in little under a year.
Bokwa is based on teaching participants to draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing to an energising and addictive cardio workout routine.
They are easy to learn and each workout helps participants to burn up to 1,200 calories without realising it.
Classes are available on a pay-as-you-go basis, taking place every Wednesday from 7-7.45 pm. Classes cost €8.80 and early booking is advised.
