Nadia Williams is a life coach and stress management consultant who has developed ‘The Happiness Course, which for a trial period is presented free of charge.
The course is aimed at addressing factors which cause unhappiness, helping to prevent depression and its resulting cost to society.
Nadia believes that everyone can learn to be happy.
“Happiness is to a large degree a skill you can acquire.”
The basic pricipals taught during the Happiness Course are simple, practical, and based on findings from scientific studies.
Presentations of the course will be to small groups of up to ten people in relaxed settings such as a cafe.
The course can be presented in a one-and-a-half to two hour session (with breaks), but it is flexible and can also be divided into two separate one-hour sessions, or three 30-45 minute sessions.
The course is also available in a series of twelve videos online - links are on the Services page at www.koruconsulting.eu
“At first I thought to spread this knowledge through coaching, but my true home is with storytelling. Presenting the teachings I’ve developed is essentially telling the “story” to a live audience, with the accompanying written guide, is the route I felt most comfortable following.”
Nadia worked as a radio presenter and newsreader in South Africa before moving to Ireland where she settled in Dundalk.
“I qualified as life coach and stress management consultant in 2012, and am working on a Higher Diploma in Counselling.”
