Darver Castle will be the scene for ‘A Murder at the Double D Ranch’ this Saturday 20 August.

This fun-filled hoe down of horror begins at 7pm and includes a murder mystery for the guests to solve, BBQ meal, live music, disco and late bar. The event, run by Louth based Murder Mysteries Ireland, is the follow up to the hugely popular ‘Knight of Murder’ which took place last in May.

Tickets for “Murder at the Double D Ranch” are €50 per person. Fancy dress is not essential but preferred to help you get in to the spirit of things. The main thing is to bring your cameras to catch all the fun and laughter on the night – oh and of course you need to catch a killer too!

To book your murder mystery dinner show tickets call 087-0645 078 or book online at www.murdermystreriesireland.com, credit cards and PayPal are accepted. You can also purchase tickets direct from Darver Castle’s reception 042-937 9466.

For those of you wanting to make a weekend of it the Fairways Hotel Dundalk is offering a special rate of 55 euro per person sharing for bed and breakfast and a courtesy bus to and from the murder venue. Triple rooms cost 55 euro per person sharing and single rooms are 65 euro.

Murder Mysteries Ireland is a new entertainment company set up by two Am Dram fans and actors who are frequent murder victims. Scott and Alexandra work in Louth and run Crafters Ireland, a craft and food fair company by day. They ran a retail business until it died a death in December 2010.
