Search4Models tries to make this possible for talented young people by running competitions to give them career in modeling and a real kick-start without costing them a penny.
The organisers have teamed up with SOSAD, to run competitions in the northeast.
Four models will be choosen from each county-Louth, Meath, Monaghan and Cavan. All will then compete in our Grand Finale for the coveted title of regional winner.
The Fairways Hotel will host the Louth heats on September 22.
The main points of Sosad are:
To raise awareness of suicide in Ireland.
To break the taboo surrounding suicide.
To provide support and direction to those feeling suicidal.
To provide support and direction to those approached by someone feeling suicidal.
And to provide support and direction for those bereaved by suicide. Thanks to the wonderful support from ESB Electric Aid, SOSAD was initially able to open their offices and counselling rooms in Drogheda and also stepped forward and gave them the funds to open their new offices and counselling rooms in Navan. The charity is very grateful and deeply indebted.
