This is a great achievement for the school which was newly extended and refurbished last year.

This refurbishment represented an investment of over €2.8 million Euro by the Department of Education.

The school now has nine mainstream classrooms with ensuite toilets, three lerarning support rooms, one language support room and a new gymnasium.

The refurbishment included six new classrooms, eight refurbished classrooms, new administration offices and a new gymnasium.

The new building also provides a secure and enclosed infant yard and a large senior yard. The school with the help of local sponsors has also invested heavily in technology and each classroom has a new interactive whiteboard.
