Land of Legends race day attracts vistors from afar

Dundalk Stadium hosted their ‘Louth Land of Legends’ event in conjunction with The Gathering 2013, last weekend and it was a great success.

At the launch of the Ardee Tidy Town, Scoil Mhuire na Trocaire, Ardee and Ardee Library Eco Tribes Biodiversity Challenge when they transferred a vacant patch of land at the rear of Ardee Library into a habitat for bees and butterflies celebrating the EU Year of Citizens 2013. The National Council for the Blind is sent to benefit from the Nathan Carter headlined Táin Summer Festival Open Air Concert, as concert promoters Oriel Events confirmed this week that a percentage of the concert proceeds would be donated to the charity.

Punters flock to Carlingford for the fast birds
