Dundalk man raises funds for Autism Centre at local school

Dundalk man Fintan Rogers raised over €3000 for the Autism Centre at Realt Na Mara school in town through sponsorship he got for running the recent Dublin Marathon.

Fintan took to Facebook afterwards to thanks those who helped him achieve his worthy goal.

"I have a lot of people to thank - so many I don’t want to leave anyone out. It’s times like this you realize how many good friends you have, plus people I don’t even know helped me. Amazing.

"I am looking forward to presenting the cheque to the Centre this week. It makes the marathon that wee bit more sweeter", he added. "So once again, thank you all so much. I am over the moon with the response from you all."
