Occupants of a Castle Ross home were threatened by a hammer-wielding thief during a break-in yesterday.
The robbery occurred at approximately 4.30am yesterday (Monday) morning at the Castletown Road estate.
A Samsung Galaxy phone and a HP laptop were among the items stolen.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to contact Dundalk Garda Station on 042 9335577.
