The Bring Centre bottle bank opposite Meadow Grove in Dundalk has reached capacity over the past number of days, with glass bottles now strewn around the overflowing bank - and the result is the unsightly picture above.
The Democrat contacted the Council for a statement, but none has been forthcoming so far.
