Could someone from Louth have the EuroMillions?

It have been revealed this morning that the winning ticket in Tuesday night's huge €88m EuroMillions draw was bought in the Applegreen Service Station on the M1 at Lusk - northbound...
So did a lucky Louth punter buy the ticket in the station on their way back to the Wee County?
There's still been no word on who the winner is from Lotto headquarters yet...
