There is a great buzz at Aura Leisure Centre with the opening of the long awaited fitness studio extension just days away.

The new studio adds to the already extensive list of facilities at Aura and will offer some new and exciting classes and courses from the exclusive Bokwa dance fitness, kid’s yoga for various ages and abilities, Aura Insanity and many more.

The studio is also available for day time rental so groups looking for a superb venue to deliver activity classes should pop down for a visit.

Aura is hosting a showcase launch evening on Thursday, February 28.

Children aged 6-12 years are invited between 4pm and 5pm to sample some of the kids fitness classes available; “Kids Army Bootcamp” and “Kids Cheerleading”.

From 6pm to 9pm, Aura has lots going on for adults.

They will offer a taste of some of their new fitness classes between 6pm and 7.30pm followed by a spin and step off challenge.

Four independent local judges will be on hand to judge Aura’s Fitness Instructors who will challenge each other in delivering master classes with a twist.

There will also be lots of nutritional advice and ideas available from “protein pancakes”, “Carb cookies” and “detox juices” so lots of alternatives to ensure a healthy diet.
