ARDEE Educate Together national school held a very successful open night for new pupils last week.

These lucky future pupils along with current pupils will move into their new purpose built school building at St Brigid and St Joseph HSE lands in September 2014.

There will be new ball courts, playgrounds and garden areas on the four-acre site. All classrooms and support rooms will be spacious and fully equipped to deliver the new curriculum. The school will be completely energy efficient and ergonomic.

Classes for 2014, 2015 and 2016 are filling up fast and prospective parents are advised to enrol their children before it is too late. Educate Together operates a first come first served enrolment policy and once classes are full names go onto a waiting list where there is no guarantee that children will get a place. Enrolment forms are available from the school office. Telephone (041) 6853774.

Ardee Educate Together national school continues to go from strength to strength. Since it opened in 2002 it has doubled in size and trebled in number. Pupil numbers are increasing all the time as more and more parents choose to send their children to the multi-denominational, co-educational, child centred and democratically run school.

Class sizes are smaller than most ensuring each child receives more teacher attention. The school has happy, contented pupils, a team of dedicated staff members and a most supportive parents association.

Ardee Educate Together National School is without a doubt one of Ardee’s success stories.
