Glenmore AC Fit 4 Life members have been busy over the last two weeks.

Laura Hoey represented the club in the Newry 10km on Saturday, September 6 whilst Gerry Stewart was busy running the Dingle Marathon with hills nearly as challenging as Glenmore and

Karen May ran the Athlone Half-Marathon on September 12. Meanwhile the walkers were out in force last Sunday morning with senior runners availing of four sessions providing track, grass and road training for all.

The juveniles are gearing up for the first cross-country outing of the season on September 28 at Star of the Sea with sessions on the beach last Thursday and the mountain trial on Sunday. Training continues for juveniles and adults at track, please see www.glenmoreac.com
