DUNDALK band Permanent Déjà Vu has been chosen as one of seven finalists in the Emeraz and Hotpress music competition and now needs your votes to win the top prize of a professionally shot music video.

Gavin Wynne and his sister, Grace, from Cocklehill, Blackrock; and childhood friends David Stanley (bass) and Facundo Rodriguez Delgado (drums) have just completed a new album called ‘Cinematic Love’.

According to Gavin, who is the 6th class teacher in St Malachy’s boys school, Dundalk, the band would be “forever grateful” to win the grand prize of a professional music video.

Gavin is the singer, songwriter and guitar player in the band, while his sister, Grace, who is studying music at Trinity College Dublin, sings and plays piano. David plays bass and Facundo plays drums.

“We try to produce original, inspiring and enjoyable music while remaining true to our somewhat alternative roots. We have just completed our new album ‘Cinematic Love’. A professionally shot video would be a wonderful promotional tool for what we believe is an excellent and original product,” he said.
