“Knight of Murder”

A NEW company called Murder Mysteries Ireland is hosting a medieval “Knight of Murder” at Darver Castle next month.

The entertaining medieval murder dinner show is due to take place on Saturday, May 7. The evening will start with the budding detectives being greeted by the show’s shady cast at a welcome reception.

Keeping their eyes peeled for clues, guests will then enjoy a sumptuous four course dinner with wine as a murder is played out in the castle’s banqueting hall.

After the killer is caught everyone can dance the evening away and enjoy the late bar. Fancy dress is not essential but preferred to help you get in to the spirit of things.

“This event is the perfect alternative hen or stag do, it would be a birthday treat no-one will forget or give your work colleagues a night out with a difference,” said Alexandra Barnett of Murder Mysteries Ireland

“The main thing is to bring your cameras to catch all the fun and laughter on the night – oh and of course we need to catch a killer too.

“Many people across Ireland are fans of murder mysteries and will travel far to an event, others just have a special occasion and want a different way to celebrate it and they get to dress up too.”

Tickets for “A Knight of Murder” are e65 per person; there is a group booking discount available for bookings of ten seats and over.

Murder Mysteries Ireland is offering readers of The Dundalk Democrat e5 off every ticket they book - just quote the word JESTER when you call the company so you can avail of the discount.

To book your medieval murder mystery dinner show tickets telephone 085-2828420 or book online at www.murdermystreriesireland.com.

Anyone who would like to make a weekend of it can stay in Darver Castle’s guesthouses for e100 for two sharing including breakfast. Email info@darvercastle.ie for details.
